The place was clean, reasonably spacious and good rooms. The people working in the hotel were welcoming. The room with all the conveniences most travelers need. The location was good and excellent, for example, Methodist Healthcare was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

We enjoyed our stay with our grown-up kids. Every member of the family appreciated the flat-screen TVs in the room for entertainment after a day at the scenic parks nearby. One notable experience was when we checked out and met the friendly lady behind the desk.

My kids wished for better breakfast options for families.

Comfortable beds provided a good night's sleep, but the overall experience was heavily overshadowed by poor room maintenance. The presence of dead bugs and a musty odor in the room was unsettling. Our peace was disrupted by a fire alarm test that was neither communicated prior nor went on for far too long. The lack of attentive service during check-in further detracted from the stay.
